The Jewish Agency for Israel

"Each year we gathered more documents, we did the house hunting, but man plans and God laughs. Hashem put a lot of different things into place, thank God, this year with the services of Nefesh B'Nefesh, we're very excited!" - Rebbeca Kessler #LiveLoveIsrael #Israel #Aliyah #WelcomeHome

Last night, at The Jewish Agency’s Board of Governors Meeting, we honored Mark Wilf as he concludes his tenure as Chair, with President Isaac Herzog joining us for the special occasion. Throughout his chairmanship, Mark has strengthened connections across the Jewish world and stood alongside communities and families in times of crisis. While his tenure as Chair comes to a close, he will continue his impact as Chair of The Jewish Agency’s Centennial Campaign. We thank Mark for his dedicated leadership and welcome David Heller as the next Chair.

A summer at camp can create connections that last a lifetime ☀️🇮🇱 For Israeli teens impacted by the war, Campers2Gether provides an opportunity to step away from the uncertainty back home, build friendships, and connect with Jewish teens from across North America and around the world. Danny Mishkin, founder of Sababa Beach Camps, has seen the impact firsthand: “This connection with Israel is the strongest one I’ve seen teens have.”

For Romi and Shalev, Campers2Gether gave them the opportunity to enjoy time away from the uncertainty and distress they faced back home in Israel. Throughout the summer, they made new friends from around the world, created unforgettable memories, and experienced the transformative impact of Jewish summer camp ☀️🇮🇱

Living in Ein Zivan in the Northern Golan Heights, Kahal has spent the past few years living with the uncertainty and stress of war, missile alerts, and sirens that have affected his everyday life. The first thing Kahal noticed when he arrived at camp was the quiet. For the first time in a while he felt a moment of peace. The Jewish Agency’s Campers2Gether program gives Israeli teens impacted by the ongoing war a summer of healing and connection with Jewish peers from around the world.
